Located in Saint-Alphonse village (23 km from Cime Aventure in Bonaventure), the Domaine des Chutes du Ruisseau Creux is a true peaceful haven in the heart of Gasp\u00e9sie! This stunning natural site is a prefect playground for hiking enthusiasts and outdoor lovers. Reconnect with nature as you follow the famous Bonaventure River, and let yourself be charmed by the wild beauty of the crystal-clear streams flowing through the forest.<\/p>\n
Stretching 81 metres<\/b> across the main River, this impressive suspension bridge marks the starting point for all our hiking trails. It is also an ideal public launch site for your own non-motorized watercraft (kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, etc.).<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udef6 Paddlers & Water Enthusiasts:<\/b> Before putting your boat in the water, don’t forget to fill out the ZEC form to get your river access permit. It\u2019s completely free!<\/p>\n

Dogs are happily permitted on all our trails as well as in all our accommodations (note that additional fee applies for overnight stays with pets)<\/i>.<\/p>\n From Cime Aventure<\/b>, you have two route options to reach Domaine des Chutes:<\/p>\n A 23-km route<\/b> along a gravel road.<\/p>\n A 40-km route<\/b> along paved roads.<\/p>\n For your driving comfort and to preserve your vehicle’s mechanics, we strongly recommend taking the paved route!<\/b><\/p>\n \u26a0\ufe0f HEADS UP \/ ATTENTION! About 300 metres before arriving, Google Maps directions are not up to date and will instruct you to turn left. PLEASE FOLLOW THE ROAD SIGNS for Domaine des Chutes du Ruisseau Creux<\/i> from this point on!<\/b><\/p>\n \ud83d\udc49Google maps Directions<\/a><\/p>\n Located about 100 metres from the suspension bridge, this cozy shelter is easy to acces at all times. Equipped with chairs and a wood stove, it\u2019s the perfect spot to take a warm break. Visitors will find a site map, an outhouse (dry toilet), and firewood provided on-site to warm up by a cozy fire.<\/p>\n Parking area is available right near the suspension bridge, easy to acces via Chemin de la Rivi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n The main parking have 3 spaces specifically reserved for Terego members. These spots are marked directly in the area. (Note that these overnight stays need to be self-managed via the Terego platform).<\/i><\/p>\n A cozy, shared shelter open in all seasons thanks to its comforting wood stove. Available to everyone during day hikes.<\/span>*Day use only. It is a loop route that brings you back to the suspension bridge via the ATV trail.<\/td>\n \n \n S<\/b><\/i>entier du Mont Chauve<\/b><\/td>\n Begins at the left of the suspension bridge, starting just before the Sentier des Archers ends.<\/p>\n \n
<\/p>\n\n Sentier de la Rivi\u00e8re<\/b><\/td>\n Begins at the right of the suspension bridge. Cross the small footbridge and follow signs.<\/p>\n \n
<\/p>\n\n Sentier Le B\u00fbcheron<\/b><\/td>\n Begins halfway along the Sentier de la Rivi\u00e8re. At the intersection, leave the Sentier de la Rivi\u00e8re and head up the slope ahead of you. This trail grants access to the Ruisseau Creux Waterfall.<\/td>\n \n
<\/p>\n\n Sentier Le P\u00e9daleux<\/b><\/td>\n Begins right across from “Le Foyer” shelter on your right, this trail weaves toward the Ruisseau Creux Waterfall over a fun, undulating path with gentle ups and downs.<\/td>\n \n
