Our show lineup aims to showcase the diverse local cultures of Quebec: Francophone, First Nations  and Anglophone culture of our region. We offer a variety of affordable shows in a family-friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

PLYWOOD JOE

Plywood Joe is a country folk punk project by Acadian artist Joey Robin Haché. Plywood Joe is a character crafted by the artist to express his desire to reconnect with his roots and explore more regional and intimate subjects. Celebrating the regionalism of Baie des Chaleurs, this project portrays the world through songs drawn from a simple daily life, reflecting the reality of northern New Brunswick not in a sarcastic or satirical manner, but rather with compassion and empathy towards the everyday lives of ordinary people.

Performed as a quartet under the direction of Joey Robin Haché from Nigadoo.

Jacques Surette is a 23-year-old songwriter from Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. Accompanied by guitar, harmonica, sometimes banjo or keyboard, he writes lyrics that transport listeners to his corner of the world. He offers a simple yet effective intimate performance where French folk country songs and English alternative rock blend to better understand the linguistic duality of his daily life.

MIC MAC DRIVE

Named after a street in Gesgapegiag, Micmac Drive is a multicultural group exploring relationships between cultures through music. Their progressive rock style draws inspiration from genres such as blues, jazz, and even pop. Members are committed to incorporating lyrics in all three languages – Mi’gmaq, French, and English – into their original songs. Comprised of four experienced musicians and vocalists from diverse backgrounds, they believe collaboration across their diversity is key to developing their unique sound.
